The Beco Baby Carrier has 1 year warranty on all parts.
If you
have a defective Beco Baby Carrier that is not bought from Cozy Babies we will try to assist in
getting it repairs, please contact your retailer first.
I am in confinement, do you your provide home services? TOP
Yes we do!
Cozy Babies offer a "Beco Showcase" for customers in their
comfort of their own home. This is for those who would like to a look and have
a feel at the products before purchase and don’t want to travel! The Beco
Showcase fee is a very reasonable charge for SG$20 for transportation fee and
time taken. We will be at your home for approximately 30mins to show you the
various designs and for you to try and troubleshoot the Beco Baby Carrier. *A
discount will be given if you make a purchase during the showcase.
I will personally fit the Beco Baby Carrier for you (and your friends
or partner) and will also teach you tips and tricks on baby wearing the Beco
Baby Carrier.
If you need any other help with baby wearing other equipments like the ring
slings or a wrap I will gladly be willing do so.
*We have a Ergo Baby Carrier, a Baby Bjorn, a Maya Sling and a Mei Tai
for comparison upon request.

Cozy Babies is opening our humble abode for viewing and purchasing our
products & the Beco Baby Carriers. You are welcome to come down and try on
the Beco Baby Carriers with your child. Your whole family is welcome to come
including older siblings! This is strictly by appointment only.

What type of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept the all the usual forms of payment.
Local Bank Cheque:
Cozy Babies accepts any Local Bank Cheques and will process your order
after payment has been credited into our account.
Please write the cheque to "Ashley Lin".
Please inform us if a Cheque
payment has been made so we can expect to receive your payment promptly.
Local Bank transfer:
Payments are to be made to my POSB account. Please inform us after
payment have been made so as to expedite your order.

How long will my order take to be processed? TOP
Processing TIME
Your orders will be processed within the next working day. If no order
confirmation is received after 2 working days. Do not hesitate to e-mail us.
Do expect a slightly longer processing time during the festive seasons and
school holidays. If you have a urgent order do not hesitate to SMS me.
How will my order be shipped? TOP
Our Free Shipping utilizes Singapore Post Registered Mail services. We only deliver to Residential and Offices at this point of time. We do
not deliver to P.O Boxes,
Other Delivery Options:
We charge a $15 for Next or Same Day delivery for customers who want their
orders in the next/same day (subjected to availability and time of order).
LOCAL Courier:
Couriers charges are fixed at SG$10. For delivery by courier payment
must be made before the order is sent out. Our courier does not collect any
payment.
LOCAL Registered and Normal Mail (by SingPost):
Your order will be sent out within 2 working days. Registered mail takes
2-3 working days to be delivered and it needs to be signed at your doorstep else
it will be redirected to the nearest post office near your home.

We do not send out order by Local Normal Mail unless advised by
customer.

We will ship anywhere in the world provided the is no Local Beco
Retailer in your area this is due to Beco Export Policy.
Base on past orders shipping internationally will take 4-8 working

We ship all international orders via Singapore Post. All taxes are the
responsibility of the buyer. If the recipient refuses the items due to any
reasons, you will still be charged for our shipping, (any) customs charges
and/or return shipping charges.
Shipping charges will not be calculated at checkout. We'll inform you
of the exact charges via email.

The weight of a SINGLE Beco Baby Carrier is about 990gms inclusive of
packaging.

We will offer a refund and allow exchanges for new, unwashed and in
Original Condition Beco Baby Carriers within 7 days of purchase. The refund
will be your total purchase amount minus shipping and any freebies, subjected
to a 10% re-stocking fee. The Beco Baby carrier must be in new, re-sellable
condition without any stains, smells and/or defects and the full package must
be returned along with a valid sales invoice.
Cozy Babies value your opinions and would be happy to know how we could
have prevented your return.

ANY Defective Beco Baby Carrier may be either returned for a full current
retail value (less shipping) or exchanged with a similar Beco Baby Carrier
(subjected to availability). A defective carrier is to be shipped to us with
delivery confirmation at the customer's own cost. Cozy Babies is responsible
for the shipping of the replacement back to the customer.
